Some tips to help your flower last longer

1. Unleash the Beauty of Your Fresh Flowers : Upon the arrival of your bouquet, delicately unwrap it from its packaging. Gently untie the stems, allowing your flowers the space they need to breathe and blossom beautifully.

2. Fresh Cut: Trim stems at an angle before placing them in water to ensure optimal water absorption.

3. Clean Water: Change the water every 2 days and ensure the vase is clean to prevent bacterial growth.

4. Remove Leaves: Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water clean and clear.

5. Room Temperature: Place flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and drafts.

6. Proper Placement: Keep flowers away from fruits, as they release ethylene gas, which can speed up the aging of flowers.

7. Feed Them: Add flower food to the water to provide essential nutrients and prolong their freshness.

8. Hydration Check: Check the water level daily and top it up as needed to keep your flowers well-hydrated.

Delivery Policy

- Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within 6 hours on orders. 

 - If No One is Home or recipients are not available: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. If delivery is to an apartment, we will call the recipient to confirm if available for delivery. -Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he or they will be home to accept the delivery. 

- To ensure smooth and timely delivery, kindly double-check the accuracy of the recipient's address and contact information. Providing incorrect details, such as an inaccurate address or contact number, may result in delays or additional delivery attempts, incurring extra charges. Your attention to accurate information greatly assists us in delivering your order efficiently. 

 -Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Pick up

Kindly note our curbside pickup service at the back of the building, with a designated loading area for quick order retrieval. Please avoid parking in this zone. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. Kindly pick up your order within a 15-minute window.

Cancellations

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order 24hours prior to delivery (1 day notice). Also, If your item is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
